Shipping & Returns

Speciosa Pro only ships to locations within the United States and Canada. USPS Priority Mail is our preferred shipping method, but many options are provided to allow you to tailor your shipping method to fit your individual needs. You can receive free USPS Priority Shipping on every order over USD35.00.

Speciosa Pro will never ship to any location, whether foreign or domestic, where doing so would be in violation of local, national, or international laws. This currently includes the states of Alabama, Arkansas, Wisconsin, Indiana and Tennessee.

We will usually ship to an address other than the CC billing address if we know you and have done business with you in the past. For new customers, we must ask that the CC billing address matches the shipping address. If this is impossible, please contact us.

USPS Express Shipping: 11am PST Mon- Fri. Due to changes at USPS, Express service is becoming increasingly unreliable, and because of this, we can no longer guarantee overnight delivery. The majority of Express packages seem to be taking 2 days to arrive.

USPS Priority: Mon- Fri: Please submit your order by 2:30p PST. Saturdays: 12p PST. Orders containing Starter pack & Mystery Boxes are not guaranteed for same- day service after 10am. We make every effort to still ship these orders the same day, but due to the extra time it takes to prepare Starter Packs & Mystery Boxes, we do experience occasional delays. Delayed orders will be shipped the next business day.

FedEx Overnight: Mon- Fri: Please submit your order by 12:30pm PST. Saturdays: 11a PST. 

ALL SALES ARE CONSIDERED FINAL. Returns/refunds may be allowed under certain circumstances, and each request will be reviewed on a case by case basis. Product that has been opened can not be returned under any circumstances.
